Kosack Appraisals is an independent residential real estate appraisal firm which is based out of Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Brent Kosack (BBA, CRA, P.App) is a residential real estate appraiser, a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and owner of Kosack Appraisals.
He has a Diploma in Business Administration from Red River College, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Winnipeg and holds a Certificate in Residential Valuation from the University of British Columbia. He was granted use of the CRA P.App designation in 2016 by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Prior to obtaining his CRA P.App designation, Brent gained experience working on a variety of properties as a Candidate Appraiser for four years.
EXPERIENCE
Kosack Appraisals was established by Brent Kosack in 2016 and has been operating since to provide quality, well-researched and timely appraisals. The company was formed based on his entrepreneurial enthusiasm and intention to create an alternative option for completing appraisals in Winnipeg and the surrounding area. Brent is passionate about appraisal work and holds in high regard the importance of the quality and level of detail in appraisal reports. Prior to being an appraiser, he worked for a major Canadian bank as a lender and this experience gives a unique perspective and understanding of lenders’ time constraints and need for quick turnaround times.
